Tierra Series Continues

"Tierra 14" - Acrylic on cradled masonite, 12 x 12 x 2"
Available at Michael Murphy Gallery, Tampa, FL

Still enjoying this more muted palette. There will be more of these as soon as I can get through this massive studio cleanout. It will be wonderful to just paint again!

muted colours are fun :) it's still about getting that glow and interaction - just more subtly

Glad you like, Vivien!

I agree with Vivian. Muted color is color and has emotional potential. May your massive clean up free you and you will be back at painting as usual very soon.

What a wonderful series! I have been missing out on being able to look at blogs lately. :( I awarded you something for being so kind and thoughtful. Take a look at my blog, it's on there. :)

Martha I just spotted the new Map series you have on Etsy. All I can say is WOWEE!! Totally gorgeous - the colours are so intense.
